Semen Hyoscyami

	Ripe seed of Hyoscyamus niger L. (Solanaceae).
	Relieving spasm and alleviating pain; tranquilizing the mind; stopping asthma.
	Bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis; epigastric pain, toothache, rheumatic pain, post-trauma pain; as anaesthesia.
	Top grades are plump, brownishyellow.
