San Fang Hua She She Cao (Herba Hedyotidis Cor ymbosae) is the customarily used herb of Bai Hua She She Cao (Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae) in Hong Kong and South China. It has another name, “Shui Xian Cao” (水線草), which is listed in the Zhi Wu Ming Shi Tu Kao. These two herbs are of the same genus; however, more studies are needed to evaluate their chemical ingredients and clinical functions.
